No sugar, no dairy, no grains, no gluten, no soy, no alcohol, no legumes, no fun (right?) Why would anyone put themselves through this you may ask? The honest answer is I don’t really know. What I did discover is I can do this, not feel deprived, and please don’t tell anyone but I didn’t miss cheese as much as I thought I would.
